We do not ask for your home address, tax number, payment card details or any sensitive data. We do not run user accounts, and payment through this website is not possible.

Why we collect data, and on what legal basis

Answering your enquiry and arranging a date — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Organising and providing the service you booked — performance of a contract.
Protecting our forms from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest.

We do not use your data to send newsletters or promotional messages, nor for profiling. Should we ever wish to, we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep data

Enquiries received through the forms and by e-mail — no longer than 5 years from our last communication.
Issued invoices and accounting records — for the period required by law.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Your data may be accessible to the following service providers, which process it solely on our instructions:

Cloudflare — website protection and delivery
Brevo — sending the notification about your enquiry to our business inbox
Netcup — the server hosting this website

We disclose data to public authorities only where required by law or by a court order.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or visitor tracking. The only cookies used are:

Cloudflare security cookies — they protect the site against automated attacks and are necessary for it to work.
Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that a form is not being filled in by a bot. It is not used for tracking.

Your chosen language is stored in the page address itself, not in a cookie. You can delete or block all cookies in your browser settings; blocking the security cookies may stop the forms from working correctly.

Google Maps

The Contact page shows a Google map with our location. When you open that page, the map loads from Google's servers, which means Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies. If you wish to avoid this, do not open the Contact page, or block third-party cookies in your browser. More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

Social media links

The Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp icons are ordinary links. They do not load content from those platforms and do not track you while you are on our site. Clicking them takes you to their pages, where their own privacy policies apply.

The website uses HTTPS encryption, and only we have access to the data received through the forms. In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the supervisory authority and, where required, you personally.
